No other fees are covered unless specifically agreed to in writing.

  • This credit does not reduce or alter the broker’s Earned Commission.
  • Broker is not affiliated with, compensated by, or receiving consideration from any escrow, title, or lender.
  • Buyer and Seller mutually agree on the escrow and title provider.
  • Buyer credits must comply with lender and underwriting rules (no cash-back).
